A Nigerian TikTok user known as May May has gone viral after making controversial claims about Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, who is reportedly involved with Priscilla Ojo.
In her video, May May alleged that Jux, contrary to his public image, is not as financially stable as he portrays. She recounted an incident where the artist claimed he missed his business class flight to Rwanda—an event that allegedly led to his meeting with Priscilla.
According to May May, the “God’s Design” singer fabricated the story about the missed flight to excuse the fact that he was flying economy class. She further claimed that Iyabo Ojo and her daughter supposedly advised Jux on how to get a discounted upgrade to business class.
Additionally, May May asserted that Jux’s current residence in Tanzania was not self-acquired but was instead inherited from his late father, suggesting that he lacks personal wealth.
Translating her words to English, she said:
“You knew when I got to know their life is messed up? There is no money. They are just telling lies that there is no available ticket, the reason he took a seat in the economy section of the plane. A whole celebrity.
“They’ve taught the guy now how to negotiate a ticket for half price. They are writing business for him. Now he is flying business. The guy has no money. The house they are living in Tanzania, the guy’s father built it.
“You said you want to have another party in Tanzania. Do you plan to wear more than VeeKee James.”
