Speaking to our correspondent, Ahmed Garba, a local businessman, shared his dissatisfaction, stating, “I’ve been using MTN for years, but recently, the service has become almost unusable. Calls drop frequently, and internet connectivity is often slow. This is really affecting my business. If MTN doesn’t address these issues soon, I will be forced to switch to another network.”

Ado Bala Rurum, a teacher in the community, also weighed in, saying, “It’s frustrating. We often experience poor connectivity, making it hard for us to keep up with . I’ve had to use other networks just to get a signal for important calls and emails. If MTN doesn’t take action, I will consider changing to another network.”

Another resident, Ibrahim Sani, added, “MTN has been the dominant network here for years, but the quality of service has dropped drastically. We’ve reached out to customer service several times, but nothing seems to change. If the situation doesn’t improve, I will be switching to another provider without a doubt.”
