Man Allegedly Ends Ex-Girlfriend’s Life After She Announces Marriage Plans

A man known as Ogbonna, also referred to as Mourinho, has been apprehended on charges of allegedly murdering his former girlfriend, Chisom Ayogu, in Nsukka, Enugu State.

Reports indicate that Chisom, hailing from Amufie in Igbo-Eze North LGA, visited Ogbonna’s home on New Anglican Road, Nsukka, to discuss her forthcoming wedding.

Unfortunately, the meeting escalated into violence following a dispute between the two.

Witnesses stated that Chisom was discovered unconscious and was promptly transported to a nearby medical facility, where she was pronounced dead upon arrival. O

gbonna, originally from the Igogoro community within the same Igbo-Eze North LGA, has been taken into police custody for further investigation.
