A Fulani herdsman has advocated for the release of online personality VeryDarkMan, who was recently apprehended by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), the herdsman stands before his cattle, fervently expressing his support for VeryDarkMan and calling on the authorities to set him free.

This statement follows VeryDarkMan’s arrest shortly after he exited a GTBank location.

His attorney has indicated that no formal explanation has been provided for the arrest.

Nevertheless, the EFCC has asserted that the arrest was a result of his consistent failure to respond to multiple invitations after petitions were lodged against him.
