Nigerian Businessman Breaks Silence After Death of Man Who Vanished With His N12M Cement

  • Nigerian man Ibrahim Ahmed Sabana shares his experience of losing N12M worth of cement two years ago, causing financial distress.
  • On May 4, 2025, he shared the tragic news of a man’s death on Facebook.

A Nigerian entrepreneur, Ibrahim Ahmed Sabana, has opened up about a painful financial loss he suffered after a man he trusted vanished with cement worth N12 million.

Ibrahim shared his story on Facebook on Sunday, May 4, 2025, shortly after learning that the man in question had passed away.

In his post, Ibrahim detailed how the suspect, whom he had entrusted with the cement two years ago, suddenly disappeared without a trace—leaving him in serious financial hardship.

Despite multiple efforts to seek justice, Ibrahim alleged that the now-deceased man had powerful connections, which allowed him to evade arrest and even issue threats to silence him.

Reacting to the man’s death, Ibrahim didn’t express satisfaction but reflected on the emotional and financial toll the experience took on his life.

His post read …

“Alhamdulillah. Today, I received the news of the passing of someone I did business with for over 8 years transactions totaling over 70 million naira. But two years ago, I gave him cement worth 12 million naira and he vanished.

“Wallahi, I went through hell. He betrayed my trust, ruined my finances, and left me in deep pain. I tried to pursue justice-even as far as Cameroon but he connived with the authorities and threatened my life.

To the deceased:

I will never forgive you.

Not for the pain.

Not for the betrayal.

Not for the money you took and intentionally enjoyed.

You may have escaped this world, but you will face what comes next.

May you taste the true pain and suffering you caused me until Yawm al-Qiyamah.

May Allah’s justice prevail.”
