President Tinubu Returns to Nigeria After Two Weeks in Europe

President Bola Tinubu is back in the country today after spending two weeks on a working visit to Europe.

His return was confirmed in a short post on X by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy.

“President Bola Tinubu will return home today,” Onanuga wrote.

Tinubu left Nigeria on April 2 for Paris, where he held a high-level meeting with Massad Boulos, a Senior Advisor on Africa at the U.S. Department of State. The two discussed ways to strengthen bilateral ties, with a focus on improving regional security and driving sustainable economic growth across the continent.

Following his engagements in Paris, the President traveled to London over the weekend. While there, he continued consultations and stayed in touch with top government officials in Abuja.
