The resurfaced clip, shared by reality star Deeone, featured a past confrontation between Verydarkman and actress Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla’s mother. In the video, the outspoken activist claimed that Priscilla would eventually follow in her mother’s footsteps and that her marriage wouldn’t last.
Deeone, while resharing the clip, encouraged Verydarkman to adopt a more uplifting tone in his public commentary.
In response to the renewed attention, Verydarkman took to social media to vent his frustration. He criticized bloggers for bringing up the video during what should be a celebratory time for the young couple, expressing disappointment in the online community.
“Someone got married, and instead of letting her enjoy her moment, you all drag me back into the conversation,” he said in the video. “I may be petty, but right now, I’m busy with meetings and responsibilities.”
He further addressed rumors about being denied entry to Obi Cubana’s birthday celebration, suggesting that there’s a deliberate effort to stir controversy around him.
