According to the driver’s account, the passenger asked him to deliver goods to a hotel, which he agreed to. Upon arrival, the passenger allegedly expressed an interest in him, despite the driver’s explanation that he was married.
The driver claims that the passenger then became aggressive, tearing his shirt and assaulting him. He described the event as follows: “She’s a wicked girl. I was raped. She invited me to carry her load, and when I got to the hotel, she said she liked me. I told her I was a married man.”
He continued, “She started dragging my shirt, tore my clothes, and forced herself on me. Unfortunately, I was on top of her.”
